New Terminal Adi Sumarmo Airport Officially

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono inaugurate the new Terminal International Airport Adi Sumarmo “The City of Batik”, Solo, Central Java. The President hopes that the airport can be brought together for the good of Boyolali and Solo, and Central Java, and Indonesia in general.
A new terminal built on the land area of 13,000 square meters, while the old terminal complex of only 4000 square meters. Development of this new terminal cost Rp 58 billion.
New terminal facilities have parking stand nine narrow body aircraft (well small), such as the Boeing 737-200, 737-300, and 737-400 or three wide body aircraft (well most) and three narrow body aircraft. Old can only accommodate four narrow body aircraft.
With the new terminal is more representative, is expected to invite airlines to open new routes in Solo.
