The European Union has issued a positive opinion about the progress of the flight safety performance of RI. Positive opinion of the Committee after the European Aviation Safety to the council during the three days ended yesterday the new (June 30 – July 2) and further recommend to pull out RI four airlines flying from the list of restrictions to the EU.

The four airlines are Garuda Indonesia, Mandala Airlines, Indonesia Airfast, and Premiair, as the press secretary of the Brussels KBRI III Pensosbud Royhan N. Wahab.

EU decision-making (Commission Regulation) on this matter will be issued approximately two weeks from now, that is after the translation process in the 22 official EU languages and execution by Commissioner for Transportation Affairs.

With the pull from the list of restrictions to fly EU, the four airlines had been considered feasible in terms of flight safety to perform flight operations to and from Europe. Similarly EU citizens can use the airline for domestic travel in Indonesia and abroad.
